WHERE IS YOUR GYM?
Our gym is based on the Ground Floor of Unit 5, Horseshoe Park in Pangbourne.
WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
- Weekdays
(06:00-08:45, 12:00-13:45 & 17:00-18:45)
+ (19:00-1945 Wednesday)
- Saturday
(07:00-09:45)
Each session is 45 minutes.
You can come to whichever three sessions suit you best each week!
HOW MUCH IS IT?
The 6 Week Challenge is £299 £249 – this includes a dedicated personal coach, goal-specific training program, weekly coaching sessions, nutrition support, supportive community, accountability, fitness education and guaranteed results. No additional costs or hidden extras!
WHEN CAN I START?
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start right away.
We have intro session spaces available throughout the week but they fill up fast, so don’t hang around if you want to get started as soon as possible.
Every new member has to complete an intro session so we can take some measurements and show you how everything works.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT?
Nope – everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the 6 weeks.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
The payment for the challenge is a one-off. You’ll have the opportunity to become a full member after the challenge but that decision is totally up to you.
